If I could rate it any lower, I would I'm done giving second chances I use to go here when I was getting off the late shift but ever since I switched to an earlier shift the service instead of the service getting better like one would expect 9/10 something goes wrong when I try to place an order just today I wasted 30 min in line just to be told when getting to the front that they cant do card. Go to any other Jack in the box and you will get a more reliable service and better food.
Waited in drive through for almost 20 min with no explanation. Finally received order and was told they had a $500 order decline....food was missing.
I stopped at the Jack in the Box at the Red Top exit on eastbound 80. It is kind if hit and miss at fast food establishments, but this one was great. The food was fresh and hot, and the staff helpful.My favorite Jack in the Box is the one on Alamo Drive, in Vacaville. But, I am now impressed with the Red Top location.

I got the cheddar cheese burger. The first bite grease came out the end of the burger, every bite after more grease. There was only a dab of the sauce on the top bun.
