The staff here has an attitude problem. One guy who works here thinks it’s funny to give you exactly what you don’t want after you politely ask for something else several times. He’s always very snappy, and just lies about his childish behavior to management when you question and confront him about it. And management seems to think his poor customer service is acceptable. He’s only respectful to people of his own race. That’s the only time I’ve noticed him enthusiastically giving out the respect he should be giving everyone.
This is the 3rd time I've come here and no one was taking orders at the drive thru or at the window. All the lights were on and the displays lit so someone was there, just didn't want to work I guess.
The new mini tacos rock and if you join the club the deals are about par with the likes of MCD. So you can get value out of it once you get a few purchases under your account....
Food didn’t seem very fresh. Sourdough Jack bun soggy. Pale, unripe tomato slices. Ate inside so we could use the restroom, but both restroom doors were locked. Night shift took home the ONLY key???
After 7 o’clock tried going through the 24 hour drive-through nobody’s working the drive-through cardboard over the drive-through windows came around tried going to the lobby that opens at 6 AM and it’s locked employee cars out in the parking lot but nobody’s working. Five other people trying to get something to eat in this location that is not being operated by employees. Wasted 20 minutes there. Had to go across the way to their competitor McDonald’s which was open and had no issues
I came to pick up my online order to find out they are closed ..manager had a stroke...very sad...Jose stopped up and made my order for me....I hope the manager is doing fine....a great job by Jose taking care of business.
From the Midwest- first time trying JITB… and it was great! Wish we had those out in Illinois. The lady working drive thru was calm and collected despite long line on cars. Service was also fast. They added the sauces we asked for. Also wasn’t much for coffee, food, drinks. & I’d like to add that I appreciate the fries being easy on the salt, other fast food places get this wrong and end up with salty fries.
I went to this location on my lunch hour and was not given my debit card after paying. Because I had to return to work I couldn't go back to retrieve it. After work I called en route to ask if I could speak to a manager. The person said he was the manager and I asked about my card and gave my name.. He put me on hold for 5 minutes. That is a small location so it should not have taken that long to verify if it was there. When he gets back on the phone he proceeds to describe the card to me which made no sense. Then I was told to ask for the manager when I came thru the drive thru because the lobby was closed.. Upon my arrival I asked for the manager and the person says he's not there. So I asked who did I speak to on the phone and he said a coworker who isn't the manager. I asked who the person was that I was speaking to and he said he was the Assis. Manager so I asked why did the person tell me to ask for the manager if he wasnt there? He just stared at me. So I said Can I please have my card? Then he's going to ask to see my ID. As I'm getting it I ask him what would be the odds that someone would know that a debit card was there and call and give the correct name(my name is French btw)on the card but you asking for my ID? Hilarious! Needless to say, I closed that card because I cant trust the shadiness of it all. On another note, this location is slow as molasses during the lunch hour. When you arrive at the speaker to order. Regardless if no one is ahead of you,you WILL be waiting. When you arrive at the window, I have had to wait again before they even ask for payment because the workers are talking and doing other things. That is no doubt why I left my card because I was just thankful to finally get my food that I left without it.I definitely won't be returning to this location for all of the reasons that I mentioned.
Jack and box sometimes milkshake machine is always down and that's their best product
Everyone's nice & they do very well, even when under-staffed.
