Quality has dropped and this place is trash now. Everything is dirty and they don't do the bag of ? thing here. Try a different one.Bruh, I tipped y'all $5 and you still couldn't make sure my burger was correct.
First time at this establishment in Fairfield. Music was incredibly loud so I couldn't really hear what the cashier was asking me when I was ordering. The AC was up too high for what the weather was outside (67). Hamburger was good and fries were hot and crispy. A large order of fries was a tall cup and some more in the bag, which I found weird. Just use a tall and a small cup instead of throwing them into the bottom of the bag. Probably won't go back. Bathrooms were clean and the locks worked on the stalls.
Burgers are good but they are pretty pricey.
Old, cold, hard fries! Placed order at 5.41 pm. Walked in 5 min later. Drove home 9 min. Fries were ice cold and hard!!! Called store at 6.05 after emptying the car. They had the nerve to tell me that the fries were fresh when I left the store!! I eat at 5 guys often. Love their fresh fries policy, shame this location does not take that seriously trying to save a buck with reused fries. This location which is new to me, Will never get another dime of my business.
Best burgers around, and you can get them exactly the way you want them. Great fries also.
A bit pricey and the bacon was overly crisp but overall fine.
The Vacaville location is much faster, but that’s an extra 15-20min drive for me.A few days ago, i ordered through the app and when i got there i waited an extra 30min or so. (Everyone walking up to order at the counter got theirs first) When the app asked for feedback i let them know of what happened, so i received an email for a free meal…well great! Except, as you can tell from the picture, i sat there and waited for a long time again… the rush came and went, place was almost empty, the manager guy went on break and sat outside, great! I still didn’t have my meal, i don’t like complaining but maybe this will get someone’s attention. I’m not writing to get free food, I’d like to just get my order in a reasonable amount of time.
ordered food ,picked up ,back home and my large fries missing . they forgot to give my fries. tried to call and let them know ,no response. $7.25 gone...
Quality customer service. The manager on duty mother's day evening was polite professional and obviously doing his job well. Hats off to the team. They worked together like a team?. The burgers were also hot and ready to please our taste buds. Go here everyone. Clean establishment, and professional staff. Well made burgers ... and the Cajun fries??
