Great customer service but the drinks are not consistent with the flavor..I’m from Vacaville too.
My wife and I aren't from an area where Dutch Bros. operates and we always look for them in our travels. The staff is always amazingly nice and they also tend to seem like they're hosting a raging party. At least it seems like they're having fun. Must be a good company culture.
The customer service at Dutch Bros in Fairfield is Amazing. They go above and beyond and I think in the ? we live in today where good customer service is almost non-existent, they prove it can still be done. I live several hours away and always make a point to stop there instead of any other coffee shop. Thanks u guys are killin it!
Dutch Bros, what else is there to say - there's always a lineup because the place makes awesome coffee, has friendly service and they do Puppycinos for the four legged friends - perfect!

Still love the coffee even though they’ve simplified the coffee menu by a lot. Also people need to remember there’s two drive thru areas!
It was 5 stars but as if recent now more several times I been there I noties They have some heavy hands on that ice. Reminding me of Starbucks.

Staff are always friendly and efficient. I never have to go back if some ingredient is missing in my beverage. Luv it when i order large ice water. I never hear attitude in their voice like im bothering them like other establishments.
Whoever hired the black girl with the braids, she needs to go. She took everyone else’s order and then walked away from my car, I yelled out for her she ignored me. The tried to come and take my order. NO THANKS.GET A NEW JOB IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOBI HAD TO ORDER AT THE WINDOW,Again don’t like your job?
