Man do not use this Domino’s Pizza. We always have bad experiences with this store. Decided to give them one more shot and it was a huge mistake. After an hour and a half they finally delivered our pizzas. Brought them inside, opened them up, ice cold. Called the store and after being on hold for 15 minutes, talk to some individual that actually wanted to put the blame on me for the pizzas being cold. Suggested that it was my fault for not calling to get a status. Told him I did call to get a status and they told me to be five more minutes. Of course 20 minutes later they deliver the pizzas. He suggested I should’ve called before they were delivered to cancel the order. Is he serious? He then tells me that they’d be happy to remake the order and deliver it. Told him I was not interested in re-ordering and waiting another hour and a half. My family is hungry now. Was told there was nothing that they could do then. I said give me a refund. They said they can’t give me a refund all they can do is remake the order. Told them to come out here and pick up these lousy pizzas and give me a refund. Again told they wouldn’t do that. Asked to talk with a manager. Carl, the manager, told me to grow up that I was being immature. Gave me the same runaround that they wouldn’t refund my money. Absolutely incredible. Avoid this Domino’s Pizza at all costs. Reviews in Google reviews are horrible for these people. $90 worth of pizzas down the drain. I can’t believe Carl actually has a job if he even is actually the manager. Huge joke.
I've ordered twice from this location. First time, thin crust pizza was almost burnt, too crispy to be considered pizza. Second time, great job on the pizza, but I ordered online and delivery. It said there'd be less than a 30 minute wait, but it took almost a full 2 hours. The delivery guy was nice and probably completely overworked, but I should get a warning if it's going to take that long. And when I called the store, they hadn't picked up the phone after 7 minutes; I finally hung up. I don't know if a majority of this location's issues are a company problem or an individual store problem. Who knows, but I will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered two pizzas for my children. The delivery time was 24-34 minutes, it’s been over three hours, my kids went to sleep dreaming about their pizza. This is the third time my pizza is late. I called to cancel my order and I have been waiting to talk to someone for one hour and 43 minutes and I am still waiting as I write this review. I wanted to go to sleep as I have to work tomorrow, but if I do, my dog will sense the presence of the delivery person, and will wake up my family. This is a horrible place to do business with.
Got a call at 11:35 saying pizza was on the way, never arrived until another delivery was made. Pizza was cold and the cheese bread was almost completely raw.
We definitely should've read the reviews prior to ordering. It took over 2 hours for our pizza to arrive. We called to check in on the order and the manager was extremely rude. "US: Hello, we are just looking to check the status of an order we placed. Domino's Employee: What do you want me to do, you already placed the order." That was the entirety of the conversation. If I could give less than a one a post a review, I would.

The tracker says the pizza was made and that it is being quality checked. They are now closed and we have no pizza. They also charged us too. Ridiculous! We won’t be doing business with them again.Update, it’s now 1:30 am. We got our pizzas! The delivery guy was very nice. He explained why it took so long and apologized! He was very nice. Our pizzas are not as hot as they should be but they are still super yummy!

Ordered online said it was on the way. It wasn’t. Called many times and it would hang up on me as soon as it answered 3 or 4 times. Finally got a hold of them. They were out of steak so the were going to give us a different sandwich without telling us. They wouldn’t give us a discount or try to make up for it in anyway. The guy on duty was totally useless. Very disappointed
I made a delivery order. The attention was good, but the order took 1 hour and a half to arrive, the pizza was cold. Also, I mistakenly paid the dealer $ 100 more, and he did not want to return them, he said that he saw them in my hands but that he never grabbed them and did not want to return them. I went to the store to talk to them and none of them could help me, that is, an order of 3 pizzas that cost $ 73, I paid $ 185 because I gave you $ 85 for the order and I had already left you tips. Super bad and the store did not serve me and even methey hung up the phone. Like everyone this store has the worst service ever. We were traveling through and staying the night in Fairfield. We placed an order and they canceled it because they said they were to busy to deliver and don't do pickup. I offered them a $100 tip just to make our pizza and they guy agreed. You shouldn't have to bride someone $100 to get your order filled. Plus when I went to the store to pick it up it was spotless. So they couldn't have been busy. This happened on December 20, 2021 around 10:30pm. I don't have an order number but I hope Dominos looks into this and gets this store fixed.
