This might be the worst BBQ I've ever had. I'm here today May 13th 11:40 pm 2022. I ordered the 2 Meat combo with the Brisket & and Pork Ribs and they are BONE DRY. The sauce is ok I guess but this meat, no flavor, dry as a bone like it's old or like the cook doesn't know what he's doing. Here's a photo just so yall can see for yourselves. STEER CLEAR. CHEF RAMSEY would spit this out.
So I just went in to dickeys barbecue pit and ordered a two meat plate. I brought my family and two friends a total of nine people when they brought my food to the register I asked them if there was food missing they gave me two slices of chicken and white look like an eighth of a cup of brisket I could literally eat everything with one bite and they wanted to charge me almost $20. I am so disgusted with the way companies are raising prices and lowering the portion and quantities of the food and also the quality of the food to their patrons . I have no problem with the price increases my issue is with the decrease in portion size. I canceled my plate and walked out I did pay $110 for the rest of my family to eat, I most definitely will not be returning to dickeys barbecue pit.

Judy Horrible place to go eat !!!Eat it used to be good but I noticed since the young kids aren’t there the place had gone down wayyyyyyy down !! there was no I do mean no BBQ on or in the beans. There was 3 pieces of meat on the bread with no BBQ ..I took the beans back and demanded my money back & if I would had seen the sandwich before I left it would have went back my friend meal was cold they didn’t even warm the meat up I could go on & on about there dry unBBQ food but hopefully you get the point DONT GO THERE!!?????
Although the food is pretty good here, It really sucks that the app has certain things you can only order online and some isn't even available in store at all! What is the point of getting rewards if you can't use them in store?
The workers behind counter were pleasant but the meat was cold and the brisket was almost completely inedible, think chucks not sliced and mostly fat, and being cold made it even worse. I get it that meat is outrageously priced right now but you should get more that a couple of bites of each when you buy the 3 meat platter.
So, for context. I used to work at a Dickeys BBQ Pit. Let me tell you, this places quality is worse than horrible. If I could give it a zero star, I would. Cold food, no flavor, the seasoning on my fries even when I told them to add extra was minimal. No chives on the baked potato casserole. Beans in the green beans... like actual beans... Is this what Dickey's has become? Man I know I won't be coming here anymore. I will be reporting this to corporate and I encourage everyone to do the same. Hold these people accountable for their GOD AWFUL franchise ownership. If you're looking for a Dickeys to head to, try Vacaville. Better at least the last time I went. Shame on these franchise owners.
Amazing customer service at this location! My mother and I had lunch here and when there was a mix up with our order, Jesus and his attentive staff members were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our meal very much. Will be returning soon.
After ordering numerous times at Dickies in the past and saving up points. I made a purchase with loyalty points on the Dickies App. I was then called from the store and notified that they will not honor it because times are tough. Once I made the purchase my points where spent and could not be undone. I arrived at the store and told this to the you g man working the counter. Good kid so it wasn't his fault. The owner was there and did a horrible job acting like an owner and Making this right. All he would say is that he would not honor it. I told him the situation and how that was unacceptable as I had spent over $40 in points. After telling him that I felt like I'm being robbed of spending money with out a receiving my food the police would need to be called( exaggerated of course) nevertheless a call to contact HQ would be needed he then said he would make it but it was not pleasant and made me feel as if I was stealing something...when in all reality I didn't nothing wrong but place an order on the official Dickies App... To be honest made me not ever go there again. Tried to give them a generous tip and they would not take it.I know times are hard and if I was the owner I would work on my interpersonal skills. If he keeps this attitude up I can't see this place lasting more than a few months.
My family and I went for dinner after shopping, The food was great, The brisket was my favorite ! The people working there was sooooooo nice and friendly! Definitely recommend this restaurant:)
.not because it says that the store is closed but I was there twice and I really loved the service, the food, not to mention, excellent cleanliness, much better than the previous ones, I do recommend this place
