Horrible, rude, sloppy service
I've been coming here for years with my kids, we've never had a bad experience, the employees are always kind and helpful and the ice cream is the best! Keep up the good work
Poor service, poor attitude. I've waited for 15 minutes to be served. One of the associates processed someone else's order and then took someone who has just walked in, even though they saw me waiting. None of the other associates reacted. I've waited some more and left without ordering.

The ice cream wasn't bad and the price wasn't either but it wasn't worth waiting 45 minutes.
Best ice cream, with varieties, They mix m&ms and Kitkat, ends up being so good. I never really liked cookies and cream until I tried there cookies and cream. All the flavors they add and mix together makes every flavor of ice cream good.
Some of the employees need to curb their attitudes.
Waited in line for an hour, after placing our order the girl forgot it as she was making it. Then, she took the cup with the ingredients and transferred it into a shake cup, then, took the cup into the back behind closed doors 3 times!!! After 20 minutes of waiting, she served us a runny/watery shake We also ordered a strawberry shortcake, the young man who scooped the ice cream, held the ice cream in the air with the spatulas as he talk to another customer to the point where I had to request that my ice cream not be exposed to the COVID 19’ air that long as he conversed with another customer... The staff was EXTREMELY SCATTERED and all over the place, definitely in need of organizational/listening skills across the board We were no longer interested in the order and declined
Very bad attitudes every time I go.never fully mix my ice cream.lost a customer
very nice place to chill out I would highly recommend going to this one kid Axel very hard worker.
