Food is good. Placed a pick up order. Walked in. No one acknowledged me. 2 people actually preparing food. Other 2 talking to eachother. I just stood there until the people working looked up and asked have I been helped... customer service is terrible. Hope it gets better. I could see if it was busy but it was only 1 other person in the place.

Always good..went for the taco salad which is 2 meals. No dine in as of today and n get your own sauces/puco de Gallo station either.

I grew up eating at this chicken express and the rotisserie chicken and food is just as great and the same as it's always been.Easy, affordable, and pretty healthy option to feed yourself or your family!I always order a family meal with tortillas, beans, and rice, plus a side of sour cream and cheese and we make our own burritos/tacos and everyone loves it!
I live in Reno but my favorite part about visiting Fairfield is the Chicken Express tacos. I love them love them love them! So if you're looking for excellent chicken and chicken tacos this is the place I guarantee you.

They have really changed it is not as good as it use to be. Chicken cook to hard. Rice was very dry.
