I understand that we came right before closing, and I understand the frustration of having a big order before closing.... But to sit there in the drive thru and openly cuss about it while slamming a mop is something a manager definitely shouldn't be doing. And to gossip about said customers right there like we don't exist... Right as we're in the drive thru window. Was really shocked about the attitude from her, the one with the dreads and big forehead. I don't mind venting. But it's the fact you said it extremely loud and made eye contact with us .Recent months I have noticed a dip in general attitude and work morale. Sometimes orders not bring right. It's okay. We're all human and we have our ups and downs.But this was by far the worst visit yetI'm guessing they hire anyone of the streets now to work. Sad how bad this place has gotten in recent times. And even more sad they would hire someone incredibly unprofessional and downright ghetto to a manager at a once decent establishment.Overall, would not recommend coming back. At all.
Wow I've been going to this location since I moved here two years ago and have usually never had any problems. Today for whatever reason the Uber eats drivers failed miserably in getting my order to me not once, not twice, but three times. This caused me to order through Grubhub and that driver managed to do their job. However, when I took the food in to start eating, the fries were ice cold. I looked at the bag and saw that it was my previous order made from an hour prior. The reason I knew this was a previous order is because I use two different names on both the Uber Eats app and Grubhub app. As I mentioned earlier the final order came through Grubhub so this should have been fresh and with the correct name. Also the time on the receipt was from an hour prior as well. I called and spoke to a manager who apparently told me that they don't make food twice but didn't have an answer as to why they gave a Grubhub driver my previous Uber eats order. They are probably under the impression that I am trying to get over on them however, I have ordered food from both apps and going in person to this location for two years now. I don't know why I would magically decide to one day begin placing random orders to get more food now. It also implies that upon seeing the same order type, they'll just hand whichever order to the driver. This is highly disappointing because I've been penalized all day by the failure of the drivers to do their jobs. When I finally got a driver who managed to do their job, I get cold food through no fault of their own. Probably won't return to this location for a while. This is an extreme let down to just hand drivers whatever order seems to match up.PS: I don't need free food from you chick fil a, but I do need you to remember to give my drivers my drink with my order because that's also a thing that has been happening. ALSO, for whatever reason the right side of your drive through is extremely slow. It has become a little faster in the past weeks but I'm not sure if that's a lasting change. Please do better overall.
The market salad is always fresh and very satisfying. The staff is friendly and the service in the drive through is outstanding.
I am vegetarian and the only option they had was a veggie wrap with beans as the only source of proteins. It is time they stepped up their game by introducing meat substitutes like a lot of other fast food chains.
Good quality and service but some (customers)people that go there are just plain nasty they leave their garbage on the parking lot. my 7 year old told me “mommy I just saw some people leave their garbage on the parking lot that’s not nice!”This location has been the most dirty of all the chick fil a locations I’ve been in.Maybe chick fill a should put more garbage ? containers near by or just people need to have some manners and take your garbage with you and dispose of that in a trash can ?!!!

Service is consistently friendly. It's evident that the behavior of the employees is part of the company culture. The good is prepared well and the service is good.
