First time ordering there, I called. I asked for large pizza $22.00, then requested extra meat, guy tells me the new price is now $41.00, yipes. I said, forget the extra meat. I ask for a 1 litre bottle of soda, he says that's 7.00, I said forget the drink, I'll use something at home. I'll just take the large pizza for $22.00. The guy then hangs up on me. I called back and asked why did you hang up on me? He said, because I didn't think you wanted a pizza. I asked if he was the manager, he said yes. I said, and you treat your customers like that. He hangs up on me, again.
I worked here for many years back in the day... I obviously can't speak for them now, but it all tastes the same to me so I can assume that business is still run the same way. Their produce is ALWAYS fresh. The dough and sauce are made from scratch and the cheese comes in big bricks that are shredded up. There's a lot of work daily that is put into ensuring fresh product. When I worked there, I ate the food every. Single. Day. And I never got tired of it.I'm sure mistakes are made and delivery times might be long, but I can honestly say that this place has fresh food, always. ??I've been going here since I was a kid and will continue to do so.
Ordered what was supposed to be a philly cheesesteak but it was some greasy thing that didn't resemble any philly I've ever seen. I was not satisfied, the salad was good even though they put red onions on it when I told them no onions. Still better than domino's.
Ordered the Detroiter last night after seeing some good reviews. Did not disappoint. The lady on the phone was very helpful as well as the cashier. Was only $19 it's the size of a small pickup truck haha . Was even just as good leftover.
This establishment has a new owner & change the recipe. Pizza was thin & dry like a little Caesars. Will not be going back!!!!
Hi I called at 9:36 pm and they told me they closed at 9:30 but they website say 10 so I'm confused on the time they very un professional gotta hire better workers are change your website to the right time it's y'all close at 930 then put that on web

This was unacceptable! I usually have no problems with this place but today was not my day. My pizza said it would be here in an hour and I have been sitting here for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I've called several times and they have put me on hold and when I was on hold for 15 minutes, they hung up. It is currently 7:10 and I ordered my pizza at 4:45. I called them and they told me that my pizza was on the way several times but how many pizzas does my delivery person have because I only ordered one.
When you order a pizza and they tell you 45 mins, then you call after an hour and a half and they tell you it's done and sitting on the counter but at least another hour before delivery- work on customer service skills...that's trash. Canceled that order, let's see if we get our money back.
Terrible customer service. I ordered delivery, paid, and waited 2 full hours. Nothing came so I called them back and was told that they had canceled my order because they were too busy, and a manager was supposed to call me. But they charged my credit card and never called or delivered my order. This was basically a scam from what I can tell. The manager I spoke with when I finally called them was rude and clearly didn’t care at all. Avoid them like the plague.
