Afternoon lunchThe lady behind the counter was rude from the jump. As soon as we walk through the door she had an attitude. I don't know if she was just having a bad day (she seemed fine talking to her coworker in the kitchen) or because now she had to work.Me and my coworker tried to power through the rudeness, but at the end when we were about to pay for the food we order. We just walked away and eat somewhere else.If I was the owner of the restaurant i would have fired her. Her demeanor seems like this is who she is.
The place was clean room to sit inside and out had everything paper plates parmesan cheese peppers. Seem like they made the pizza fairly quickly and was respectful and courteous.
Pizza was yummy. Pizza was so good it's all gone. Would hv ordered a bigger pizza if had known it was this good. Thanks for cooking last minute for us ?
Save yourself some time and order from another location. We have tried to be patient with this location for so long after so many awful service experiences (we eat pizza here at least once a week, maybe two). It is convenient because it is close by but it is run by kids who do not have any managerial supervision and it is clear they do not care about the quality of service. Kids are training kids and mistakes are undoubtedly passed on. The cashier is almost always on their phone. There have been many bad experiences, one major one of which was a delivery order being “stolen” by someone else. We were offered no refund. Meal quality is hit and miss, always lukewarm, and often they ignore dietary requests entirely. Deliveries take upwards of an hour and a half, maybe two and half hours in our experience. Pick ups are not much better as our orders are never ready within the given time frame. Curbside is offered but requests are never fulfilled; we were told once on the phone that they didn’t feel like coming out so to please come in instead. There’s never more than two people working, which is why curbside is hard to fulfill. Just take it off as an option when ordering.As mentioned before, because of the COVID-19 pandemic we have tried to be understanding, but 99% of the time the refrigerator is broken and menu items are not available because of poor planning on the staff’s part. The staff is not friendly and when mentioning inconveniences, they basically shrug them off as if it’s not their responsibility. Food is prepared and delivered sloppily. When phoning in, we are either hung up on, put on hold for a really long time or the phone is taken off it’s receiver.It really sucks because I think each location is independently owned and we want to support local businesses. I have brought up several of our bad experiences and the service just keeps getting worse. At this point it’s no longer worth the bother.
These guys used to be good. Not sure if ownership changed, but service is extremely rude. Food is okay for the price, but I’ll pay more for better customer service. Rude at the counter a few times. Been told to wait while my food is sitting there ready. I chalked it up to understaffed and flustered workers.Last straw was being put on hold for ten minutes then hung up on twice. When I called back they just put me straight to hold after waiting ten minutes, could t even get a word in.Was a regular customer since I was a kid. No more. They just lost a long time customer. Hello Roundtable….here I come
Out of desperation, we ordered from them again. Its hit and miss. This was definitely the last time, a definite miss. We will pay the extra cost to order from a reliable source. Both the customer service and the pizza are a complete fail.

Friendly staff and fast service
It’s a fact the blob behind the counter with the 3’ earrings holes, no courtesy and an overall non existent work ethic is costing this place business. Hence why there is never 1 car in the parking lot. I work for outside companies and on a regular I Mean every time basis they mess up their end of the work. Can only imagine if you ordered a pizza with 2 or more toppings what would happen. This place has to be a mafia front cause nobody is ever there and it’s because of the staff. They are the reason. Period. This includes the snotty little brown haired girl who acts like she is running a business restaurant with the orders and the punk delivery driver who can’t help do anything. Never AGAIN!
I usually have great customer service here. But today there was no leadership and a very rude young lady in the back making the pizza. She was rude to myself and other staff. I ordered my food online and when I showed up on time. She told me there was no one with my name who placed an order, when the staff corrected her She rolled her eyes at me then turned to the other staff and said tell her it will be another 5 minutes. She was extremely disrespectful. Probably won't come here again, I'm not paying to be treated like that.
