Unfortunately the employees here do not value their customers. I used to be a repeat customer putting up with unprofessionalism but today is the last straw. I've constantly asked them to toast the buns because truth be told the buns are ALWAYS COLD! Each time they give me a sarcastic remark that "they already are toasted". If I ask for something to add to the burger I have to repeat myself numerous times and I'm greeted with a smirk at the window. No thank you! I have to remind myself I'm not in Texas anymore! They would be advised to get pointers from What burger where you get what you want "Just like you like it"!Apparently here if you deter from the basics they freak out. You have lost a customer Burger King. Just annoying!!! oh and sick and tired of old saggy fries!
Typical cheeseburger,nice lady at window. I asked if customers can come in to use the restrooms? She says no...That's the last time, I eat at Burger King ever. Creepy commercial z fyi.
It took a really long time to get my food in the drive through. The manager or the franchise owner kept distracting the kid in the drive through.
Very poor customer service!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a plain Whopper with cheese. Not a difficult order....or so I thought. I checked the burger before pulling away from the window, only to find it was not what I ordered. When I told the cashier it was not plain, all he said was that he told the person in the kitchen to make it plain. He took the burger back and said they would make me a new one. When I got the correct order back, he was not apologetic in any way. Who is managing this place? And who is hiring these incompetent people?? I will never return to this location again!!
Long wait times at the drive through, with no cars ahead of us, just to get cold food. Bummer!
Stopped for the new $5 special that is actually $6 here in California. Still was quick and was good except for their fries... They need to change the recipe....
Ordered kids meal and whopper Jr meal only got burger with kids meal no fries and when looked at my burger it wasn't correct
Terrible service...ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers in the drive thru and NONE had any bacon on them. I tried to call the restaurant and thier phone has been disconnected. Wow.
The worst Burger King Ive ever been to. 15 minutes I waited in the drive thru behind one car.
Waited 30 mins in the drive thru with two cars behind me. When I got to the speaker, nothing was said, had me waiting for another 5 mins and all they did was turn off the lights. A “we’re closed” would’ve been nice, but nah.
