Food came out cold, sent it back, we understand food coming out at different times, just tell us. 2 stars for the servers who did their best.

Service was not very good. Never have gone to a buffalo wild wings, not sure if I would go back. Food was very over priced for what we received. Hot food came out like warm. Wings were not coated at all and fries had been sitting for a long time. Not very fresh. Glass of water that was served had chocolate cake inside as well... Yummy. If you are looking for a decent value, I would recommend going elsewhere.Edit: contacted by customer service and it was no help at all. If you want poor customer service from even their corporate account, head in to this place. Highly unrecommended.

Ordered DoorDash. Fry’s we’re nothing but bottom of the fryer scraps. 20% are real fry’s. How dare they send out and delivery order like this. They obviously thought no one would complain. Use to love Buffalo wings. But will not give them my Business in the future.

Came in with my daughter at 1230p, place was pretty empty. Only one person serving. Didn’t get seated for 20 mins. Decided to leave due to lack of service. Hopefully next time they have better service

Waitress was very nice is the only reason I gave 1 star. Slow slow, took 50 minutes to get food and it was at best Luke warm ribs and boneless wings. Will never go back to Fairfield location as this is second time with same results this past Year.

Came here on a Sunday wasn't very busy so I expected my food to be fresh. My chicken was warm, my fries were warm and soft. The bathroom was ok. My waiter was very sweet and helpful. Nice atmosphere just wished my food was fresh out the fryer!

The table we sat at was dirty from previous guest, had to ask for it to be wiped down, and the place was dirty in general. The salad I received had alot of bad pieces. The photo sadly doesn't show all of the pieces that weren't good. The wings and fried food were really good.

3 guys...we got 4 beers, 2 or 3 sides, 30 or so wings. Nearly 150 dollars. It was good... But for 150 dollars we could have gone to a Brazilian steakhouse and been pampered which is actually insane when you think about it.

The thing I like best about BWW is that the wings are so meaty, twice as big as the little franchise place down the street. It's nice to sit down and watch several games on all the TVs too. I want to try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich if I can ever pass up the wings. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I like it. The reason for 4 out of five is that it is not exactly a breakthrough menu just a sports bar and grill.
