The current management is corrupt. Making kids work past the closing time. Lying when a kid tests positive for covid and say they have a leg injury so they can keep the other employees at work so they aren't potentially exposed and keep working. This current location is in numerous violations to include Child labor laws. Enjoy your ice cream. SMDH!!

Workers were wonderful, line was VERY long tho and Masks still required to enter.We got waffle bowls and a milkshake, all delicious.

Hello can an official baskin robins executive tell me the store hours as of now. The Internet says open until 11. I’m pretty sure that means that the door should be unlocked and customer should be able to purchase until 11 but the one we went to they were shutting down counting money and they graciously let us in but they said that they close at 10 when the Internet clearly states closing is at 11. Bad for business!
I stood in line for 40 minutes just to be told they were out of mangos for their new drink. Then I asked for a soft served cone. Then both workers just stared at each other confused. I tried explaining it to them and they told me they don’t have that. I got very frustrated and walked out. They didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. They should have put a sign out stating they were out so I didn’t have to waste all that time waiting.
