Update 6/3/2022 I ordered a Brisket Sandwich/Large fries/Roast Beef classic special/Wagyu Burger. Fries I give 5/5. Arby's fries is the best fries of all as long as you eat them hot. Brisket I give 3/5. Roast Beef 5/5. Wagyu Burger 2.5/5 only because the beef was undercooked and had little flavor. Employees are always nice and friendly and the drive-thru lines usually goes pretty quick.I ordered a Root Beer Float. The float didn't have any hard ice cream. Just melted ice cream. A big disappointment. The Avocado wrap was delicious but for $6.69 I thought was steep for the size. The crinkle fries were good but the mozzarella sticks were pretty bland. The curly fries were as good as usual. The lady at the window was nice and friendly.
Service was good and food as well. Just as I remember it? The only change is the brisket was dry?
Guy taking our order had the personality of a wet mop. When I was finished with my order. Nothing. No order amount, no drive forward. Nothing. Dead air. Ever hear of customer service. Speak with a smile in your voice. Take pride in your job. Arby's. You can do better than this. Order was wrong to boot.
This is the closest Arbys to the bay area that i can find. So this Arbys ROCKS!!! The new beef bacon swiss with Dipping Aujus is every thing they say it is and MORE!!! Still got a classic beef and cheddar for a side because its a classic favorite!
Great food haven't been here in years they did mix up my burger, but gave me the correct orde after.
I was honestly surprised when I went through the drive-thru last week and my meal was really good. I haven't been to Arby's in years because they were awful. They've changed their game and actually make a really good product.
The absolute worst Arby’s in existence. I have tried coming here two days this week now, and both days they claimed to be closed even though the Arby’s website says they close at 11pm. I was there over 40 minutes before that. I tried calling over 15 times to ask what time they actually close, but nobody answers the phone. Don’t even waste your time with this place.
Food was good, but always expensive and I was missing a sandwich. I give the GM Maria props though she told me to come back when I could and she would take care of it. I went back and got the sandwich and she threw in some fries while personally handing it to me and apologizing .
Visited on 10/15/2021 around 5pm. I ordered a ruben sandwich and a unsweetened ice tea.sandwich was as expected, however the tea was very strange. First sip tasted like tea, second sip was tae. I opened the lid half tge drink was a strage clear tick substance. I will be calling them today.
Sandwich was good but not enough roast beef. And the real crime is that Arby's stopped serving potato cakes.
