It wasn't all that. We had a party of 10 and we had to wait a long time for our food to be served. Even though the waitress got a good tip from us, she really didn't deserve it.. she gave us Waters when we first got there and that was it. she never even asked us if we wanted refills, she didn't come check on us until the very end and we wind up sitting there at the table for over 20 minutes after we got our to-go boxes, because she was off doing other things and didn't pay no attention to us.. we had to ask her for our check just so we can leave.. So, it would have been nice to get better service, considering we spent over $300 there.. on top of that, some of our food items that we ordered were cold, when they were delivered to our table. So I rate this restaurant a one out of five, mostly due to the service we received..
I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I went on a date night with my boyfriend we waited 15 Minutes for a check. Our server Noelia forgot a few things, we waited a long time for our beverage. As well as my food was cold I ate it because I didn’t want to spoil our one date night a week. But my boiling point was waiting for our check for so so long. I finally got up and (I’m assuming) the bartender came over and asked what I needed and was very kind. Then our server decided to ask what I needed when someone was already finally helping me because she wasn’t. The manager came over to ask what happened and I explained he was in a pink button up but I couldn’t catch his name. Finally our check was brought to us. I was going to wait for the manager to help us but once we seen he was behind the bar and doing other things my partner and I were over it. We paid our bill and left. We will never be back here the service was terrible.
I do not like how the staff here treats customers!! And Not to mention the wait when there is plenty of seating available... Staff is rude I had to get the manager involved just to get a to go box for what I didn't finish eating... they told me they had to save there boxes for the to go orders... and when I've spent over a hundred dollars ! Not today!! Manager was pretty decent and she had to apologize for her crew..! But yes I wouldn't recommend

Date night at Applebees! Not too lomg to wait for seating. Delightful service. Great menu selections. We ordered from the 2 for $30 menu. Only missed bringing us our salads, but it would have been too much food, so we didn't mention it. We'll certainly be back.
The host forgot about us and seated everyone who came in after us and we waited 50 mins to get seated only after I said something. Giving 4 stars only because the server was great and very sweet to us even with our kids being really loud.
Terrible service I ordered strips and the gave me boneless wings when I called to complain the Manager Andrea would not believe me and also hung up in my face please don’t go their terrible service!
Food was horrible!!!We had dinner at this location and they were out of food. Our dinner was dry, cold and tasteless. Would not recommend.
waited one hour for my food and also found a toenail in one of my mozzarella sticks I will not be going again The waitress also called me a snow possum and I was very offended I should not have to be ashamed of being Caucasian in America
I didn’t want to give any stars on this review but I had to. I had the worst experience at the Fairfield Applebee’s tonight and I am never going back there again. They overcook the hamburger patties, they serve terrible ice cream and brownie bites and the waitresses are very rude. I’m very upset and disappointed.
