Decent burrito, but surprisingly pricey.$4 for a can of coconut water. "Super" burrito which wasn't very large turned out to be nearly $13. Higher than restaurant prices for a food truck.
The perfect carnitas super burrito! Crispy, spicy, saucy. The carne asada tacos were just ok.
Ordered a cheese quesadilla and waited a half hour. Was charged extra for salsa, even though menu states it is included. Quesadilla was 2 slices. Overpriced and slow
Stopped here just passing thru. Tacos and Carne Asada burrito was affordable and delicious. Will come again.

Great food and it was very fast
We were looking for a quick place off the freeway to get some veggie burritos for the road. El Roy's had good reviews so we gave them a try. Overall (TLDR) : So glad we stopped by El Roy's! Great food and tasty salsa. The good: we ordered a burrito with fajita vegetables and a shrimp fajita burrito. They came with chips and green and red salsa. Both burritos had the right.amoint and distribution of beans, rice, and filling to give you a pleasing combination of all 3 in every bite. Also, the vegetables were still pleasantly crisp (not overcooked and soggy like most veggies we get in burritos) . There were even mushrooms in the burritos which is a first that I've seen. The flavor was great, and both salsa types were complex and bright. The green salsa had a flavor like most tomatillo salsa but more cilantro forward while the red salsa had a smoky heat to it that made it a real stand out. Got a torta here, it was just okay, figured the bread would be fresh since it was next to a bakery but tasted like it had been in a bag, no reason to stop for food at this truck.
