The worst tacobell in the United States is in Eureka, they simply have no interest in serving door dash orders, the wait is more than an hour and their staff is not trained to deliver the complete meal, I recommend that you order food in front of them check that your food is complete before leaving the drivethru. I don't understand why the minimum is one star, this restaurant really deserves zero stars
Since the remodel, they have gotten so much better. Always patient with customers and timely with orders
The inside dining is now open again. Everything on the inside was nice and remodeled. One of the lobby employees was kind of dirty and made me not want to eat inside. Another employee was super kind and super polite. Overall good experience.
The Naked Chicken Chalupa box was one of the best values and best tasting items I've ever had at a fast food restaurant!
Line moves about 6 min per car. Of the 3 times I came and ordered from this place they messed up the order every time. Would definitely suggest checking your bag before you drive away.
Good was fine, order was correct.However, we waited more than ten minutes for someone to take order from drive-thru, and there were no cars in the parking lot. Don't understand.
There was a nice touch of separating the different burritos that share the same wrapper in different bags. Unfortunately, that was kind of undercut by our missing hot sauce and one burrito being the wrong order, as well as some of our cheesy bean and rice missing one of the three ingredients. I’m disappointed in what is usually a consistent chain.
Extremely slow service whether you order ahead for the drive thru or pick in store. I order pick up in store and wait 30 minutes before driving there and and still have to wait 5 - 10 minutes for my order to be ready.

What in the actual heck!! We have literally been waiting at the window for our food for 30 mins and still waiting! I know this is fast food. I get that but this is so ridiculous! We are watching them “work” and the staff is standing around on their phones. The food comes… finally. And I ask where the nachos are. And the guy says I have know idea what you even ordered. What?!? Worst experience ever! Oh my god!!
