I would give it a 2 1/2 stars but the app won’t allow me to. The burger was excellent but the snarky attitude of the employees was uncalled for. My burger was listed on their chalkboard as $11.99 and I was charged $14.03 when I asked about it the clerk told me I don’t know sometimes the prices aren’t right on the chalkboard menu. The cook rudely said haven’t you ever heard of inflation? And that the prices aren’t correct on the chalkboard and they don’t have time to change them. So I replied make time that’s your job or find someone to do it. Even though the food is good the poor customer service Makes me not want to return.

The BEST burger!! Wowza, did we stumble upon a great burger. The mushroom Swiss burger is my favorite.Local grass fed beef. ??Great fries too!I don’t have any photos because we are too busy eating to remember to get photos first.
We have visited Surfside Burger Shack for the first time, while re-visiting Eureka.Omar was our host and he answered all our questions, and was so accommodating, nice and personable that we left with smiles on our faces.Food was great too. Thank you for the nice experience!
I ate here two years ago and again this summer. Great burgers. My father, a local, had insisted upon them when we visited. Now we live in the area and are enjoying trying many different local eateries. The burgers were cooked to order great, wait wasn't long - even though the line was (good business, no?) . Price was fair. I had a plain and dry cheeseburger (boring, but I LOVE IT. I like the taste of me meats). My food was excellent. My hubby had something much more intricate, guaranteed to have had bacon, multiple cheeses and/or other such heart attack fixins (lol) .. I don't recall but he was very pleased with his food as well.

I was told there were 2 really good places for burgers while in town working well let me say this DON'T go to the other place! Surfside is definitely the best! Literally the best food I've eaten since being here! They are so nice and the food was the BOMB ????
