Every review on DoorDash said that they made their sandwich wrong or gave them the completely wrong order. I was shocked, and I guess I shouldn’t have been to spend $20 on a veggie patty foot long with all the extras and get home and find the wrong bread filled with nothing but mayo(which I didn’t order) and spinach(also didn’t order) no veggie patty, no cheese. Then they won’t even answer the phone. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
The person who made our sandwiches consistently messed them up seconds after we told them what to put on them. Not a single person had a hair net on. We were not offered a receipt, we got cookies and the person just walked away and began helping the next customer without giving us our cookies. One employee was yelling at the others. Their veggies looked like a salad because they were all mixed together.
Gets way too busy but good food and a little pricey
Disappointed. $48 order, with a wrap, salad and 3 footlongs. The online ordering wouldn't honor the 15% off special for footlongs. My order included special instructions to keep salad dressing separate from the salad, AND I called and left a message on the store phone nearly an hour beforehand, again to make sure the salad dressing was kept separate from the salad. When I picked up the order, the salad was drenched in the salad dressing, and was missing the pepper jack cheese. My friend has to be careful with dressings, so the salad was basically inedible for my group. When I complained, I was told the phone was broken. Who knows why the special instructions were ignored.The sandwiches were fine, but next time I think we'll go with pizza, because I know we can get salad dressing on the side there, and they won't tell us the phone is broken.
Too pricey. Even the specials arent very special...

We went in there tonight on Mother's Day, some guy names John or Jon started our order. Unfriendly, acted like he did not want to be there. We had our grandsom with us, ordering 2 kids1 and 4 footlong sandwiches. They did not ask or tell us what came in the meal or whag they we out of. No one had a name tag, the girl looked like she was in training from the giu, she starting rings up our order when the guy rudely stated, they have a lot more ( when at that time were only the 2 kids meal). I ask ehat their names were and the guy rudely told me his name then said "you can leave or Im calling the cops" I stated call the cops. Still do not know the females name. Got home, told my adult daughter the story, when she told me her encounter with the sam2 guy, at that time was teaining a yoinger guy, same attitude. This employee needs to be fired or go get training. All empllyees nees name badges also
