Ordered 3 sandwiches online, all very simple, it said they were ready, I arrived, not even started yet, I waited and actually caught him already making one wrong, corrected him, eventually got my sandwiches, got them back and behold, they were all mixed up, and the ingredients I even paid extra for I diddnt get at all.Are you serious??? If It wasn't a business lunch Id go back for a refund but I don't have time now.

Either someone new was working or they just don't care about your order when they are not being watched make them. We ordered a wrap and a Salad bowl online for pickup that was something directly off the menu. No alterations other than extra meat for the protein. When we came to pick up our order the salad was just that, a salad with none of the meats or other items that it was supposed to have and my double meat wrap had no meat at all. Not even sure what else to say other than no thank you.

It's was ok but even though employee had gloves on he kept touching his mask and and fidleing with his apron

I placed an online order for pickup in the subway app. The orders were made incorrectly. I tried to call the number listed online and it is not in service. I had to drive back to the store to request a refund. I was told by the cashier Ortega "I can't do that I'm just a cash register person". Another employee Joseph intervened, rolled his eyes when I asked for a refund and told me I would have to wait for a manager. I waited over 15 minutes before asking what is the managers name and contact number. Ortega said she did not know the name of the manager or how to contact him. Joseph said the manager was his brother and he was living in a van. I was told to come back tomorrow to TRY to talk to a manager. These two employees were extremely rude, elusive and unhelpful. Joseph flipped me off as a I left the restaurant. I have filed a complaint with subway, PayPal and the BBB. Still have not received a refund. Will never return.

I had a great time,its a cool place and chill people working there I have to say that it's a great spot to eat too :-) the food is subway fresh you know like other subways but it's the people serving the food that make half if not more of the work at bringing back customers I have to say that it's being done here

I walked into the Subway restaurant and the person behind the counter was making a sandwich for another customer. When she finished helping thst customer she washed her hands, walked over to where she would take my order, and started making a sandwich for a pre-order without acknowledging I even existed. She could have simply said she would be with me in a moment, but it was as if she didn't even see me when I was right in front of her. I walked out and she still didn’t say anything. She clearly didn't want to be there to do her job.

It wasent bad at all, wasent really a line just one person Infront of me. Regardless it went bye quickly, I got a wrap which in my opinion is one of the better options they have. Not expensive either.

Always buy the employees a cookie there worth it

Great sandwiches new employees u could tell but they were pleasant and eager to please
