No charging outlets at this location. That’s the whole reason I come to Starbucks. I’m traveling by bike down the coast and often need to recharge. I understand there is a large homeless population and that Starbucks is trying to prevent loitering and non-customers hanging out inside. But the customers who pay for pricey drinks are getting the short end of the stick here.Employees are very nice and competent. Nice work!
I was in from out of town very early on a Wednesday morning, and this Starbucks was rocking. There were 7 people behind the counter, everyone seemed to be in a great mood, and they were turning out the coffee and food like a well-oiled machine. Got my day off to a great start. The place also boasts a verrrry looooonnng drive-through queue around back, so my advice would be just to find one of the ample nearby parking spaces and walk in.
Power outlets have been sealed off with metal plates. Got drink order wrong despite repeating the order. Looks like Starbucks doesn't want the cost of in-cafe customers anymore. I wanted to work on my laptop for a bit, but now I'm limited to whatever is left in its battery. No condiments counter any more. The high-price, mediocre coffee was acceptable when I knew I could work online for a couple hours, so I didn't mind paying $5 for a cup of coffee. I looked at that as the price for being able to work online for a while there. Pretty disappointed, to be honest.Perhaps it's time to seek out a new cafe chain.
Garret is one of the best Starbucks Baristas EVER! Always a pleasure to hear his voice coming through the drive-thru speaker. Since his first day at work, he made it his job to remember my name as well as my drink order, and that is extraordinary considering the volume of people he serves each day! He's friendly, helpful and always smiling!Sincerely Lori Regalo
Garrett was super friendly and it was great to have a smiling face to take my order and some great coffee after a long day of work.
Standard “downtown” Starbucks except it does have a drive thru! Typical lack of parking, and your standard issue homeless/street crowd lurking about.Unfortunately like many Starbucks locations, the nitro and cold brew taps were broken. As a nitro cold brew fan, this trend is become increasingly annoying.
No power outlets. What’s the point of a coffee shop with no outlets to do work? I left without buying anything because I need to do homework. There’s better ways to deal with homeless people.
I love my star bucks every morning. I make my order online and then go pick it up through the drive through. They are very fast and friendly people. I order the white chocolate mocha frapp. And it is perfect every time
They "had a mobile order come in"..Which is why it took them 10 mins to pull a drip while half of them cleaned and half of them buried my order behind drive-thru.10 mins for a $3 drip coffee. Had to ask them to remember it even. This is Starbucks contribution to the industry. Slack effort, indifferent consciousness, careless people. These in particular, at this store, are the weakest link. ?
Good food good coffee.
