So this spot is hit and miss with a larger portion of it being a miss. After three visits during different shopping trips I have found it to be overall disappointing. On two of my three visits after buying an icee and being told there are free refills with it, to my most recent visit where we where told that it would be the price of a new drink. On most of the visits the general area was clean and the staff friendly, though not always seeming fully versed on what they can do. The food has been the main issue, from the pasta tasting spoiled overcooked to chicken tenders being greatly over priced for the portion size. Most times those have come out partially burnt leaving some of the strips inedible. It seems a normal fro. My visits there have shown a general lack of stock leaving desired menu items missing. There is a lot of room for improvement in both food quality and price, I would not recommend this establishment unless you had no other option at the moment and the cash to burn.
They are often on break, closed or otherwise a sign says that they aren't open. It's shocking how often I specifically go to the target, that is literally across the street from my house, for a snack and find that they are lights off sign up with some excuse written on it.
I love Pizza hut. I just wish they had staff there more often. More often than not they are closed. When they are there sometimes food is ready other you have to wait for them to make it. It is really good either way I just wish they were better staffed
