Our hiking group had lunch here. Time was prearranged and food was ready when we arrived. The pizza crust was thin and tasty with ample topping. Service was very good in our separate space.

Born in New York my childhood memories are filled with going to Brooklyn pizza places that smell like baking pizza dough and the unconditional love of my Grandparents. Every time I walk in the door to this place in Eureka or the one in Arcata, its like a time travelling teleporter, I am immediately transported to New York in the 80's. I always judge a pizza place on the quality of a plain cheese pizza and this place does it so well, with a beautiful thin crust of just the right thickness and texture that supports a tangy and sweet sauce spread at just the perfect amount over which lays satisfying layer of perfectly cooked cheese which has just begun to release its grease. Balanced and decadent at the same time it embodies everything pizza should. In addition some of their original creations are no less than culinary genius. The Sunset is my current favorite. It captures the controversy of a traditional Hawaiian pizza while the concentrated umami of the sundried tomatoes makes the pizza taste like a pizza flavored pizza and more pizzaey than any pizza has any right to be. My only hope would be that they improve the fried eggplant special, and extend it to both locations. When done correctly with thinner larger (its all about that surface area) crispy fried slices it combines all the best qualities of eggplant parmesan and pizza and is one of my favorite flavors. Paul's is one of my favorite pizza places ... anywhere.

Best pizza on the entire west coast . Felt like thanking the Roman Gods and Goddesses for finally bringing a edible pizza to California. Only New York natives can fully appreciate how rare the real deal is in FooFoo Pizza Kitchen Land . That’s not pizza it’s fancy focaccia. No other competitor worth bothering with I’ve ever found and I’m a connoisseur .

This guy is from NEW JERSEY!! He is fooling all of you! This is NOT NY PIZZA! I have been living in NYC for 59 years. I was watching this guy make pizza on DDD. I was appalled when he dotted the sauce and cheeses on the pie! He needs to change the name to Live from NEW JERSEY! HEY PAUL STOP INSULTING NYC PIZZA LOVERS!!

Completely overpriced. I ordered a salami, olive, mushroom with extra sauce to go. A medium was ~$32, way too expensive for my budget, so I ordered a small... just over $27 dollars. They said 25-30 minutes. 45 minutes later I walked out with a, sure enough, SMALL pizza.Looked at the receipt and they charged me $0.85 for the extra sauce, hardly any was applied. And $2 each for the toppings. They gave me such a small amount of toppings that there were literally some slices that had ZERO toppings. The part that kills me is they over charge for toppings, then barely give any.I could easily pay the same at Mountain Mike's for a large pizza with extra toppings and actually get what I ordered.Total rip off.... oh, and the pizza was hardly better than the pizza they used to serve at school lunches.

Very good pizza. It can be a little greasy, but it tastes great and is as close to New York Pizza as you can find in California.

Great gf pizza! Can’t wait to go back!

We ordered two pizzas for pick up when we picked them up they made the pepperoni gluten free…which for our kiddos was NOT going to work so when we tried to work out how best to move forward the staff was rude and acted like THEY were put out…finally my hubby said “you could at least apologize” to which the staff said “sure” and walked away…too many better pizza places where they treat their customers like they actually want to keep them!

We ordered pizza from here and what we got was so appalling. Large Hawaii 5-0 was doused in cheap bbq sauce so that's all I could taste, the crust was completely disappointing. Mozzarella sticks were skinny and limp, onion rings and chicken tenders were barely cooked and the fried stuff was all the same color light tan and I couldn't eat any of this food. The worst part was being forced to order from DoorDash for delivery and getting ripped off so we had to order it twice and go get it. I cannot even begin to explain how disgusted I am at this entire experience. Avoid at all costs.

Hands down, the best New York style pizza around. Great customer service too. Highly recommended!!
