One freaking star, nothing more. 2nd time I have asked for my burger plain and they cannot follow simple directions. These same people argue for more money than minimum wage, but this reason, right here, is why they dont deserve more than 15 an hour. I should have expected it, being everyone who fails in life falls back on McDonalds for employment, but man. I have had better service before from other stores. This place SUCKS
I have NEVER been to a mcdonald's not know how to open at the time it says online and have multiple screenshots of the hours changing weekly making this the #1 worst mcdonald's considering they are known for breakfast and they either open at 5am, 530am, 6am or 630am depends if they want to change the hours again for the week..been trying to get breakfast from here since the beginning of the pandemic and they have change the hours non stop since then.
I ordered a 40 piece nugget, sauces and double cheeseburger on my lunch break for my self and other coworkers. Got back to work with my order and there was no sauces. Had to drive back to attempt to get sauces. When I arrived back at McDonalds one of the crew members were very rude and gave me attitude as if it was my fault they forgot part of my payed for order.
Don’t do curbside, just wait in drive thru line.I waited for my food for 20 minutes in curbside when the line was empty (stupid I know). I had to call them to remind them of my order. When I got the food home, it was clear it had been sitting on that counter for a while. The hash browns were soggy and stuck to the paper sleeve. Everything just steamed inside that taped bag for 20 minutes.
Another McDonald's, think I have visited about 4 of em , all in different places within two states :/
They have gotten way to expensive to be even a choice to me, if rather go to the burger King next door or even better in and out
Good employees. I can't complain about this location as much as I can about others. So management must be doing something right with all the new faces.
Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru , door dash should have their own window.
I go here twice a week. Just be sure and use drive-thru for mobile orders. Curbside can take a longer time
Very good experience I love this McDonald's plain and simple two thumbs up ?? costumer service was on point I felt very happy spending money here because I know it pays the checks and this is best McDonald's I been to in along time. Thx guys
