when i came here there was only one employee who obviously hadn’t been trained properly. this is absolutely NO shade to the employee to be clear, he was doing his very best to be friendly and make our orders to the best of his ability, but he was struggling with a rude customer at the drive thru and two people in store. the management needs to make sure they properly train employees if they are going to leave them to run the store alone like this poor guy, or have someone else there to assist. he wasn’t even sure how to make certain drinks and took a long time to fulfill orders and obviously needed help
I went there a couple of minutes ago and they had great amazing service while she was making our order she had a nice conversation with us she got the order right and was really sweet u definitely recommend ?

My hubby and I went on a walk this morning and our destination was here. We tried two of the Monthly Special coffees; Butter Beer Coffee (I think) and mine had Maple, Brown Sugar and White Chocolate...forget the name but it was really good. Staff was super sweet. Very knowledgeable. The drive-thru had quite the line and the two women working were great, efficient. For the 2 special coffees, both medium size, it came to $10.50. Not bad at all. Will definitely go to again. They also had pastries, ice cream and even cones! I love ice cream in winter!

Ignore my name I really like the drink side but the other side was rude I got boba from a nice lady and it was really good just be nice for good service
The drinks were good but the waiting took forever! However there was only one person that I could see working there. They seem to need more help.
