Food was amazingly delish, but yes, lobby is, unfortunately, trash. Staff seemed friendly to each other; like hanging out in a living room.
I’m not sure how KFC is a national chain but it sucks here? Are stores that different. Our chicken sandwiches were not good. Cold. Weird chicken pieces. We went through the drive through so it’s difficult to judge the staff. Maybe they are not ready/trained yet? I’m lost for words.
Chicken was dry and definitely old. Obviously not expecting much but expected more from KFC.
The food is never fully included (always missing an item). The chicken breading is always stale and has the consitancy of being left in a Seven 11 heater oven.
The staff was very unfriendly. They did not seem happy.Place was a mess. Lobby was a dump.No plans to return.They packed my food up and when I got home, everything was sealed up tight except for a gravy. The lid came off on way home and it was a mess.
The chicken is awesome. The staff are wonderful. Colonel Sanders would be proud. It's in kind of an odd location, though...
They keep getting my order wrong... the service after I return is great, but I am forced to drive miles then drive back to get the correct order
The chicken was good and the service was pretty fast. I still think it's a little bit pricey but it's nothing new
The people who work there obviously dont care about their job. Weve been there 3 times and every single time they have either given us the wrong order or were missing almost half of our order
