I enjoy the coffee so much. I wish the stamp cards covered a large regular drink like they used to.

I just want to give A shout out to the Arcata Giunitoli manager and staff. They are always wonderful everyday no matter the time I stop in there. I stopped in recently on my birthday to see if they had started offering there VIP customers A free drink on there birthday. The company doesn't do the free drink on your birthday still. But the amazing manager said she'd buy my drink for my birthday. All the staff there always goes above and beyond. Keep up the great work your all appreciated.
Employees are warm, friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of hot, cold and blended beverages and are willing to make your drink just the way you like it. Steamed, strong, low fat, more sugar, 1 shot or more, just ask. Jitterbean has a steady flow of customers all day long but you rarely have to wait long.I have been disappointed in the quality of their bakery items. They may look homemade but are lacking that homemade taste, therefore I also feel the bakery items are overpriced.As far as a tasty coffee drink, Jitterbean serves the best.

Quick and great coffee. I always get a coffee before my sons soccer games. They make a great double white mocha. Super friendly they have all aspects of customer service covered!

Kind of seemed as though the employee's were a little bit scattered about in the ways of service and getting orders out timely. The drive thru was very small and congested for as much business as thus place had.
Their Blustery Bean Milkshake is the best!
