Super nice staff. I usually make my way to Jack in da Box around midnight - 2am and everytime the workers are patient, alert and accurate with my orders (truly). I only give 4 stars because once and a while the shake machine is down for it's daily cleaning and makes my tum tum sad. Besides that it's my top pick for late night munchies in good ol' Eureka ?

DONT go to the one in Eureka. Their workers are not only lazy but refuse to meet their customers needs. I was over charged and came back for a refund to be spoken to in a rude way despite being cooperative. I’m not Karen but damn, expected more from a high priced fast food restaurant. I was also told “you have your order. Leave” without even being heard out. Was cut off constantly & even got flipped off at the window. (again, i never complain & can’t afford to get ripped off by mispricing or lack of attention to what they add to my order) and mind you, my order wasn’t even filled completely. Was missing 1 item on top of being charged for 2 items I didn’t receive either.Could’ve made a bigger problem myself but I refuse to act messy over food. Save yourself the time & money & go elsewhere. ANYWHERE else lol
Was good to finally get a strawberry shake been wanting one for long time, only problem was confusion of how to order since my truck was not able to go through the drive thru
I've been enjoying eating here. I like the buttery jack swiss bacon burger. The food has been hot and fresh the last 3 times I've come here.
Good service, they're really on top of it. No bad attitudes when I come. Be careful coming out of the drive thru though. It's in the worst spot ever. Lots of traffic.
