Why even have customization options if you’re going to call and be passive aggressive about the options I choose. Also, list your prices on the customization part of your website if it’s actually extra. Don’t call me and tell me it’s going to be extra. It’s not listed as being extra.
I guess we just ordered the wrong thing but there was nothing at all special about our sandwiches. One crew member was super friendly and the other having a bad day. My lou was ok, but just a basic sandwich. My wife got the veggie option and it was just a drippy, messy sponge. Tots were nuked. Other customers were super crotchety for some reason.
Very tasty sandwiches, but no concept of time. Was told it would take 15 minutes, after a 25min wait I asked when it would be ready, was told 30 seconds... but didn't get my did until another 5 minutes later. Good for but call your order in if you don't want to wait FOREVER.

As usual the sandwiches were spot on and delicious. The grizzle dip is amazing and my wife got the Duke which was also amazing. Loaded tots for the win!
This sandwich shop is awesome! I have had amazing experiences every time I have been. The sandwiches are delicious, I love the option to get amazing tater tots, they never keep me waiting an unreasonable amount, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly and on top of it. I’d recommend to anyone looking for a good lunch spot in Old town Eureka
Got the Lottie Lou and it’s one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. Easy ordering process. Followed directions perfectly. Very good quality sandwich spot. Worth the price.
