We had a very good lunch here. My wife had the lamb plate and thought it was excellent. I had the , Nooner sandwich. It was excellent also. The fries with my sandwich were also good! Both meals were very well portioned, we were able to eat the whole meal, but we're not stuffed. The staff was very friendly! They made you feel very welcome to be there. We will be there again!!!
For the amount of money I spent, I received what looked like a child's meal. I ordered the 2 egg breakfast with potatoes and a lamb skewer on the side. Now look I eat eggs regularly and what I received was maybe 1.5 eggs IF THAT. That with maybe a half cup of potatoes and my toast was entirely forgotten. When I brought it up I received two pieces of BURNT toast.As for the lamb skewer lets start with how I was charged an extra $12 for this, zero flavor to it and for $12 extra, I should have received a whole skewer. NOT a skewer that contains 4 small pieces.I will give them another chance but I was shocked they could charge me what they did for what I received. Horrible horrible service and food my first time.
Cafe nooner has poor management and no loyalty to their employees. They joke about not having HR but seriously need it. Predatory Behavior, sexism, favoritism, gossip, you name it they have it. Except for good pay and fair compensation, expect to wait a long time for that. Employees are treated as disposable and ideas are shot down quickly. Time off? Almost never. Don't work too hard, you definitely won't be compensated fairly; save yourself the time and find an employer that cares about you and wants to see you grow. Make sure to use up your sick time before you leave because they won't pay it out, and don't worry about putting in your 2 weeks notice because they won't respect that either.
Sunday brunch was amazing! Best French Toast and Benedict ever!! Comfy, felt like family, servers were so nice. Chefs attention to detail, sourcing local products, & perfect execution makes me want to eat there every day!! Thank you so much for an unforgettable morning!!! See you soon???????
First visit and we'll be back soon. Clean, well lit and tastefully decorated. Friendly cheerful staff.We shared the falafel platter and the lamb kebab platter. Everything was excellent. We were discussing our next visit before we finished the first one! Kudos to the kitchen and front of the house staff!
Some stuff is great others not so much.... I don't do dairy so I get the vegan burrito...... it's delicious
Please order the biscuits and gravy. Their gravy is great, but their biscuits are on an entire other level! So good. I crave them far too often. Everything else I've had is good, not great. But more than worth several visits. Glad to be in the neighborhood.
Food was delicious and staff was friendly. They were remodeling, so the atmosphere was a bit odd, but that is temporary. Will definitely visit again.
From breakfast to burgers, from kebabs to key lime pies, this place is the best!Always putting out consistently good food. They damn near kept me fed this entire pandemic.The people who work here are genuinely awesome at what they do.Also, I dare someone to find a better coconut macaroon!
The service and food was outstanding! This is their second location so it wasn't fully operational when we arrived and it was being served to go (Although they did have tables outside to dine at) this is just great food made from scratch. If you like breakfast sausage make sure to get something with their house made andouille breakfast sausage! Will return given the chance.
