This is the second time I have come here when I have been here for work. The first time was a bad experience due to not having my order ready and waiting close to an hour after the pickup time. This was back in October 2021.Then tonight, I didn’t receive half my order. After working all day, and realizing I had missing items, I wasn’t going to drive back. Just isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t waste my time coming here especially if you’re from out of town.
The worst experience ever. Server went on break and neither she nor the sub put in our order. Finally got the hostess to check and she didn't come back. Manager did show up about 10 mins later. Asked 3 times for napkins. Asked twice for Togo boxes. Paid the bill, which was partially discounted by the manager, to find that the server pocketed my credit card. Had to find her to get it back. She said it was an honest mistake.With all the wait time we were able to see that the whole place needs a good scrubbing and sanitizing. They should close for a week so that, retrain staff, then think about reopening.
I had the ribblets, good flavor, and the artichoke dip was yummy. The breadsticks were wonderful, hot, seasoned, and soft. Our server seemed to have lots on his mind, but in the end they got it all. I would go back.
I've never had a bad meal or drink at any Applebee's. My favorite is the chicken mushroom,shrimp, and mash potatoes. Our waitress was amazing; she didn't write a single thing down memory only. It was very impressive
Wish I could say it was gray but was not. We ordered our steaks rare and got them well done. The mashed potatoes were good. That was about it.
Go elsewhere. Serious management problems, a few wait staff held the place together. About three tables had people when we went in, the open tables were mostly dirty. Handprints on windows/everywhere from past grubby kids. The host had to go and get a towel to wipe down one of the tables for us. We had 4 or 5 people serving us and none of them coordinated or followed through with stuff. No refills on drinks. The dude at the table behind us had to ask 4 people for a lemon slice until finally getting one 15 minutes later. Eventually we got one plate of food, then 10 minutes until the other people in our party got theirs. Food was poorly cooked, on the cold side, and kind of nasty. The burger was ok. A lot of people at other tables seemed pretty angry at the poor service, and were not having a good experience. Two of the servers were hustling, it just was really disorganized and the management/flow was horrible. Was watching the hostess look in horror each time as she kept going back to get stuff to wipe down tables as people came in. She started to hide in the back I think. Aggressive panhandler was working the parking lot, so be sure not to park in the back or poorly lighted areas. People coming in and out of the bushes.
Got 2 $9.99 burger bundles through a curbside pickup today and they forget to bring out the sodas which is no big deal I just had to wait a few minutes. I get home and look in the boxes and there were no fries and so much liquid in the container and one burger was completely raw in the middle.
Two orders so far, both incomplete. Missing a side with a car side order, missing the extra sauces that I paid for with a delivery order. Food did taste good, though.
Food was great like usual but I felt rushed by the server almost. Asked if we were ready to order 3 time's before we we're. And I think it's wild that they don't seat you with menus anymore. There's a qr code on the head of the table and, it's kinda rediculos. What if people don't have we readers or even a phone. I know they have menus for those who don't or at least I hope they do. Getting a little to high tech. Some people like doing things the old fashion way. Definitely not a place where I feel that's welcome any longer.
Not fantastic but above average. Happy hr was easy on the wallet
