Went into the restaurant to order dinner and stood at the counter for 10 min and no one helped us or even acknowledged that we we’re there. Never going there again. Bad customer service!
Since we lived in Japan for some time, we wanted to try it out. Not what we expected at all. Pretty much an offbrand Panda Express.
I was so excited try out their food for the 1st time here. Now so disappointed my first time coming here it opens at 10:00am but it's still close I waited for 30 minutes and they still haven't opened up yet...????
I came here two weeks ago 2 hours before closing and they were closed because they were short staffed.I came right at 1015AM today and I ordered all the new proteins since I haven't been here in 6 years. I got home and opened up the boxes and I was sorely disappointed.I've never seen such little chicken in my bowl ever. I get the company keeps reducing the serving every so often but it's ridiculous. I ate my large beef since I was starving but the amount of beef was actually less than in the picture with the combo.Yoshinoya was my first job and I loved it and their food. Sad to see what it has become. I paid $40 for $20 worth of food. I went to the original Yoshinoya in Japan and they charge about $5-$8 for these portions.
First time eating Yoshinoya. Very disappointing. The shrimp dish said it was in sauce, no such thing. It was probably cooked in sauce, but it was extremely dry. No sauce at all. For what you get, I think its overpriced. I'm sorry, I most likely will not be back. Thank You.
The quality of food has really gone down hill from when they opened. The customer service was fine. But the food was not. Dried out, old and burnt. I paid extra for the steak. And it looked like it was just the scraps from bottom of the grill. Dried, burnt, crumbles. Inedible. Very disappointed.
Yoshinoya is one of our favorite places! The beef bowl is especially good!
The food here is great. I'm addicted, but they don't have a lot of employees. I know that it says t they're open til ten but because of the lack of employees they have had to close early, like 8pm. It's like a hit or miss with them. You just gotta get them at the right time. Other than that I have no complaints.
so FREAKING SLOW. What's the deal? Everything is pre-made I don't know why every (not just this one) Yoshinoya takes forever to get your food. They must be steaming the rice to order otherwise what's the problem? Scoop some rice, plop some of the topping on top of it. Done. Just spent what felt like 20 minutes waiting behind TWO, only TWO cars in the drive-through. I'm home now eating their horrible boneless chicken wings. It's a big mass of breading coated with way too much sauce. Disgusting.
Giving it 3 ? just cause the food is good but man do they have horrible service, every time I go the cashiers always have their backs towards the entrance and take forever to acknowledge the customer, and then their attitude is like I hate my job type of vibe. It honestly makes me not wanna go there. ?very upsetting something they need to work on thier customer service.
