Great improvement in cleanliness, customer service, and quality. Our order was on point, the wait time was long, however the food was fresh and hot. Looking forward to trying all of their flavors.
I don’t recommend ordering online delivery , I have tried 3 times ordering online delivery and those 3 times they said my order was not in the machine while I got charge.
Not enough employees. Ordered online it said 23-28 min. Waited almost an hour when I got to the store. Don’t open if you don’t have enough people it’s just a waste of everyone’s time
The worst location I have ever went to. Store was a mess staff was rude our food was not cooked long enough the chicken was soft and not edible. The fries we ordered well done were not cooked all the way. I write reviews I dont like to call and complain. This time I complained and asked for them to contact me and still i have not received any communication from them. With the price of chicken from here I would like to receive edible food please dont go to this location save your time and money
They don’t answer the phone I had to go into the store and wait 25 miniutes for my wings!!
I called the front desk after I got home so I could mention the front desk girls name. It was a busy Friday night but I went Friday 01/21/2022 at 830pm. She was being so nice and polite to the customers on the phone as well as me. Everytime I go in she is so pleasant. The girl at the front desk is part of the reason why I get wings every Friday night. She is just so kind and friendly and good at her job.
Waste of money. Don’t order here. Wings are dry and bland.

Son wanted a bunch of different types of wings so I got him some and he really loved them although the first visit there they were a little dry imo...
