I am very disappointed with my experience with this restaurant today. We went through the drive through and ordered a 2 for 8$ and a 4 piece chicken strip. Upon arriving home we realized that the chicken strips were completely burnt and had burned through the top of the container. My partner went back to the restaurant and they said that their machine has been burning them. Which means they knew they were burnt and gave them to us anyway. So we switched it out for another 2 for 8$. Then we realize they only gave us 1 burger from the first 2 for 8$ we ordered. They were completely unhelpful on the phone and we won’t be returning.
Worst customer service ever. I love Tom's Burgers and we have been to many around the county but never ever have we experience such low level employees. They were speaking horrible negative things about white customer people they thought couldn't understand them and treated us with such low class. To make it worst they mess up on our order and we get treated like it was our fault. Just worst customer service and cooks I've ever seen. Embarrassment.
The lady working the drive through always has a nasty attitude about everything. She shouldn't be working that section. One of the reasons I don't go often. I want my money to go to people who don't act rude.
It was my 1st time ordering at drive thru. I think the lady was in a bad mood and when i got to the window she assumed I spoke Spanish.. I mean I do but you never assume. She was eating ice cream at the window, i could see it even though she closed it on ky face. My son's ordered their food befor and its really good. Let's see today. I haven't ate yet. Just upset with the service driving thru.
Everytime I go they just will not fill up the shake....I get half shake half whip cream....I like whip cream...I promise I do...but not half....come on....I would even take 70/30 at this point...toms....don't make me look for a new burger place....it's ruff in them streets....help me out.....
Been coming here for over 20 years. Still have low prices for the amount of food you get. Full menu all day. Everything is good but if you like Pastrami sandwiches, GET ONE!
I usually do not post reviews but I am not sure about trusting employees when order via drive thru, second time I order a 2x8 and only get 1 burger—realizing after getting home. I happened to not trash the receipt.
Ordered the fish and chips for lunch, ask to have the fries well-done came out wonderful. If you purchase the dinner fish and chips it would have included a salad and dinner roll and drink, it's worth the wait going through the drive-thru :-)
Had the 1/2 bacon and 1/2 beef burger patty thing. I kid you not best burger I've had in this town by far. But I'm a guy with a dad bod what do I know about food? Plus I try not to eat out too much
Ever since they bought this place out the new owners are cheap they have cheap product including cheap steaks cheap hash brown cheap coffee this place used to be good and I can't believe that they deep fry the fries we're also they deep fry fish I will never eat here again
