I love their food and their customer service is excellent. Last week I was there and one of the girls saw that I was walking to a trash can and offered to throw it away for me. It’s the little things in customer service that make people want to come back. You can always count on good food and service here.The spicy green beans are so yummy!

Check your order before you leave. Once you leave the restaurant there are no immediate options to take care of a refund for missing items. You have to go to the website and fill out a form with 1-2 day response time or call back during business hours and talk to headquarters customer care. No way to telephone the store and talk to anyone at all. Ridiculous - I’m certainly not driving all the way back to location with gas at $5.50 a gallon. What’s the point? Everyone is so nice there. And the food is AMAZING! I like to get the Portobello Mushroom Burger, delicious. If you love a great burger, you won't be disappointed! Love there Mango Lemonade ?
BBQ chicken salad. Was okay. Waited way to long. Could have been better. Only onion and chicken in the salad. Only like a piece or 2 of bacon. There was no cilantro. Pretty disappointed for a 10 dollar salad
Really not impressed with their burgers or fries... Sorry to say that. Restaurant however is really good, so is their chicken sandwich, and salads. But that's just my opinion, I just prefer 5 guys, and in&out, Freddie's.
Updated. Unsanitary. Employees not wearing food service gloves, reaching in with dirty hands into cold salads to correct mistakes. Told me they don't wear gloves. Then they started handwashing and all put on their gloves when I alerted them to food safety.I contacted corporate and asked for a return call to discuss food safety.They blew me off, so I post for the public here.If you value the stability of your GI tract, I wouldn't eat the food.Habit Burger dont post that you are sorry and I should contact you. I gave you that chance before I posted this review.Clean up your restaurants and train your workers.Lastly, loitering homeless people inside and outside the building is not appealing to me. Get them help away from your business.
The food has been hit or miss, sometimes delicious and other times not. More often than not they'll forget to include utensils or the condiments I requested. Worst of all is the unbelievably slow drive-thru. Every single time it's taken over 10 minutes per person. They may be understaffed, but when people are turning their cars off in the drive-thru lane because it's taking so long, something needs to change.
The tenderloin steak sandwich with Teriyaki sauce was delicious! Just don’t eat it in your car because it’s messy!
Half of the Portobello mushrooms tasted rotten, the entire sandwich tasted of the rotten mushrooms had to throw in trash, Completely Unediblel. Also ordered with no lettuce. After removing the lettuce there was almost no of there delicious sauce.
