Once we got seated after an hour wait ? our server was excellent, she was very efficient and made some good recommendations. They did however run out of my favorite go on o chicken and biscuits.

Today my husband and I dine at the Cheesecake factory and we were greet by the friendly hostess. Hannah was our server today and she was friendly and checked in on us the entire time. Our food was prepared by Chase, (the sous chef )and it was hot and delicious. Thank you Mr. Don Quianco for the warm welcome and great staffs! Always looking forward to coming to the Cheesecake factory with my family and friends! Thank you.
We stopped by on a Friday night to grab some cheesecake to bring home. It was very busy even though it was pretty late (almost 9pm) but it was good to see. The location has lots of indoor and outdoor seating and is very roomy so even when crowded you have plenty of space. We went to the "to go" counter and our cheesecake was packed and ready to go within a few minutes. Looked like regular food orders to go were taking a bit longer but their food is worth the wait.

Classy place for a meal. Emphasis is on cheese and pastry items.Surprising that they were not able to serve crab, reason we were told was that there was no supply.Lots of oldies around with their grandchildren. Plenty of noise and a Happy atmosphere.Staff were helpful and friendly.Advance booking is required.
Went for lunch; food and service were great. Lunch menu items about $15, child’s meal $8, ice tea $4.50
Taken the wife here several times for dinner, and have been a regular for that raspberry cheesecake when it's available. I love the service when it's NOT super busy, best to go early or late never at main meal times unless you want to wait for 45 minutes to sit, sometimes that cake is worth it. lol
Nachos were good but that’s about itI ordered some fish and chips, fries were tough fish was soggy underneath, I sent it back asked for some chicken Alfredo like my wife was having because it was ok and when i got mine ?♂️ It tasted like plain pasta water. It was rushed and not strained right and it was nasty and so was the microwaved chicken on the pasta. Sorry never againThe worst $110 ever spent period and a 1 hour wait
The Cheesecake Factory accepts reservations and your visit will be better if you make one. The staff does a great job under the circumstances, but if you make a reservation and accept that the food will be a little slow, you will enjoy your visit. The menu has more options than any restaurant I know and everyone in your party will find something they like.
