I've now visited this location twice. The food was great. it's a great spot if you are looking for some brunch or breakfast. Seating may be limited for big party but if it's less than 4 it goes by fairly quick.I recommend the chorizo hash. And the Mimosas are ?One con that my wife was not supper impressed was the amount of Hollandaise sauce. But overall I'd recommend stopping by.

The food was delicious at the Swami's in Escondido!I ordered the Veggie Rama Omelet with house potatoes and a mimosa, and my gf ordered Banana Walnut Pancakes with scrambled eggs and mock bacon? with a spiked coffee drink (peanut butter whiskey, bailey's and coffee)The service was great as well.I liked the self serve coffee and tea bar that was inside and the moss wall with the wooden Swami's logo.I also appreciate all the veggie/vegan options this restaurant offers, including the mock bacon and mock turkey.5/5 Will eat here again.

Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience at this location. We had to leave due to the attack of the flies ?kept getting on my stuff and we had to keep swapping them away. They got on my drink 2x , so annoyed there isnothing there to help minimize them. The table was so wobbly we almost knocked over our food. I won’t get into 3 waiters but I will say I felt my good energy being sucked out me ? I’m a good tipper but none of them deserved it ,and that is sad. Other than that the food is good can’t wait to enjoy it elsewhere.

This place is great. Very extensive menu. With lots of options. I had the burger and salad and could only eat half. I took the rest home. I gave 4 stars because the coffee was not hot enough and they do not have flavored creamers. Also it is a bit loud in the dining area. They have seating outside for nice days.

Great find in Escondido! Large portion sizes and delicious food!Highly recommend the salmon Benedict and the chocolate chip pancakes. The outdoor seating was very nice and the service was wonderful! The fresh orange juice was delicious. The coffee bar had a lot of options and non-dairy milks which I appreciated.I ordered the chorizo hash which was yummy but I wish there were bigger chunks of chorizo, it felt like I was hunting down small crumbles within the potatoes. It still tasted very good though!Would go back!

We stopped in for breakfast and found so many choices we will have to return. Fast and friendly service (Thanks Melissa) with no problems even with my wife’s custom eggs order. I had the Lobster Omelet with Hollandaise sauce and it delivered with lots of sweet meat and a sauce that didn’t overpower. Great potatoes with peppers and seasoning. I liked that the coffee was serve-yourself since there is never any waiting for a refill. The lunch menu looked great as well with lots of unique burgers. Next time I think.

Fast and friendly service. Self serve coffee bar is a great idea. The waffle Benedict was very tasty and cooked perfectly. My wife's French Toast was excellent as well. Love the vibe there . A must try if you have not already been.

Swami's always has a good omelette! I had the bacon, avocado omelette with potatoes and it was very tasty and filling! (I took half home) I love the coffee bar too, hazelnut coffee is yummy! Service was quick even though they had signs saying understaffed.

I enjoy sitting outside. The service has ALWAYS been friendly and prompt. The first time I came to Swami's in Escondido I ordered their breakfast sandwich on a croissant and I haven't tried anything else on their menu. Except forthe Irish coffee. Both are so tasty and amazing every time I go there I ended up ordering a second plate doctor portion flavor of that flavor in Escondido looking for a good breakfast? I suggest Swami's, highly!
