Forgot to take pictures, but we got the korean short rib and the spicy chicken bento boxes. They were huge and delicious and every individual item was great! The tempura was crispy without being soggy and the meat was lean and flavorful.
In my honest opinion this is the best sushi place my fiancé and I have had in Escondido! We tried the Dancing, Baked Salmon, Lobster Volcano and Popcorn lobster. I’m super picky and don’t like raw fish so if you’re like me TRY SUSHI NORI

This is our go-to spot! Great sushi, and teriyaki. We always go when Sunny is working because she gives the best customer service. Highly recommend.
I decided to try this place because it’s right by me and I didn’t want to drive to my usual sushi spot that was 20 minutes away. This place did not disappoint! I was a table for one so I sat at the bar, which is nice because the chef was was constantly checking up on me. I ordered the super Philly and escolar nigiri. The sushi was so tender, flavorful and fresh! The waitress made sure my water was constantly filled which I am always appreciative of! The staff was super awesome and nice to me! I know I came here for sushi but the kitchen smelled like they were cooking something good because it smelled amazing! I think it was for pork for the ramen! I’ll try the ramen next time I go!
Very disappointed. My family and I usually come to this place very often and enjoy this place so much. When we tried to eat here once again recently the waitress told us she would need to wipe down the table first and to wait outside. As we waited outside we noticed another big family entering and the same lady giving them the table that was meant to be clean. She kept us waiting outside to give our table to another family. I’m not sure if this is a racial issue or not but my family felt very outcasted as it seemed like one. Very disappointed experience will not be coming here again after being a long time customer.

I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant as I was at this place last night. The waitress yelled at us for a suggestion and started to criticize us to her coworker right in front of us. Customer service was awful. I will say their rolls are delicious. When asked to speak to a manager, I was asked to leave my phone number and complaint by the person who had just yelled at me. I will sadly never dine there again.
This food was absolutely disappointing. All the sushi fell apart and tasted disgusting. The calamari is not real and was all mush. The beef was hard and dry and had no flavor what so ever. I am never coming here again. Don’t waste your time here.
Very disappointed… we were super stoked to try this restaurant because of the good reviews and the nice lady over the phone when we ordered.We asked for everything to be made vegan if possible and even asked for recommendation. She recommended to also try the veggie ramen bowl which we were very excited about!Once home driving all the way to vista, we sadly discovered that there were meat and egg on top of the noodles…When we called and asked if we could get a refund for just the bowl she didn’t believe us and told us to come back if we wanted a refund.I don’t understand how you could recommend a dish and can’t even make it right, on top of that is to act like we were liars… why would we make all that struggle just for 10$ ?So if you order veggie makes sure to checks your bags before going back home…The rest of the food were good though. I understand sometimes mistake can be made, but it’s a bummer her response wasn’t very friendly over the phone….
