Lovely little shop that feels like you're at home as soon as you walk in. Staff were bright, welcoming and customer friendly. The aromas of toasting bread and brewing coffee filled the air. Owners are nice and accommodating. They gave us free cookies because there was an issue with our order (we had no idea, we were busy admiring all the decor and merch). Hubby had The Works panini, and I had the Wake Up Esco. They were beyond good and surprisingly big, but not heavy or greasy. The wake up had some spice to the chicken but was balanced with the pickle and cheese. They make fresh lemonade using real "fresh squeezed" lemons. Yes, please. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and was it ever refreshing. I'm a fan and would recommend this place everyday.
This place always makes me feel like I'm back home in my grandma's kitchen. The owners are so nice and everything they do is so good.This time we split the Wakeup Escondido panini which had roasted chicken, pickles, cheese, baked eggs, and a lightly spicy sauce on their toasted Bread & Cie bread. It was so good! We also split the Tuscan salad and a watermelon lemonade. Such fresh ingredients really make the difference!!
Crustless quiche was great though small portion for the price. Not sure if they refill your coffee, they never came to ask for refill. Cookies are great. Street parking.

This place is awesome. Feels like home and has exceptional hospitality. Breakfast paninis are picture perfect. Sorry ate it before I could get a picture haha. They also have delicate delicious mini cookies and they even do half price day old treats which is the best. Menu is simple and delicious. Super friendly staff. Thank you Sunny Side!

Best lil sandwich shop in town! The owners definitely put love into each sandwich they make. I love how they use real meats and not processed packaged meats in their sandwiches. The cookies are a nice treat as well as the cinnamon rolls on Saturdays.
Amazing food, great service. Definitely worth checking out. The Tuscan chicken sandwich and salad is my favorite.

The owner is so sweet! The food was really fresh- it was really good. I had the green chile quiche and a few slices of bacon. Really good!
