I didn't go in at first, thought they were closed, but when I did, they went the extra mile to help me get a drink even though they were trying to close! You were so sweet young brunette girl!
Staff couldnt be bothered to help customers, the conversation in the back room must have been really interesting.
Avoid this place at all costs. One star is way too good for this place. Every time we come in we are completely ignored so the employees can finish their chatting. They will make one sandwich for our order, stop to make multiple online orders, and then make our other sandwich. They are completely rude and nasty. We called corporate just to get hung up on because “they aren’t responsible for any employees” and completely didn’t care about the customer experience. Highly recommend going anywhere else but this place, complete waste of time.
Great subway, everything was fresh and the young gentleman "Gene" who made the sandwiches was very upbeat and quick to make our food. As soon as we arrived about 5 families showed up at the same time with only him working and he killed it. Get the dude some extra help or you will have some angry customers.
Food was fine but my biggest concern was the bathroom - it’s a single all gender restroom that they require a key for. You get the key from the employee and put it in the door, but you can’t take it out so you just have to leave it in the door while you go inside - there’s no way to lock the door from the inside and anyone can just come in since the keys still in the door. How is this at all acceptable??

I went in store at 8:55 pm on Wednesday May 26, 2021. It was open and the lady said its closed. I went in again and said there are still 5 mins. She said no she has to close. She is white with blonde highlights. I said thats not right and that i will write a review and she said or did nothing. She was unprofessional and showed attitude.

I go to Subway at least once a week the person that was working by herself I should have got her name she was older not younger cuz I saw younger person entering the building she didn't make my sandwich. But it was the best sandwich that I ever have I always order the cold cut but I asked her to layer my spinach the way that I liked it I asked her to put my cucumbers my red onion , my green peppers, pepperoncinis. With sweet onion dressing. She custom made my sandwich the way that I liked it. Please give her a shout out for her superlative customer service. This was in the same shopping center on auto parkway where Target is.
