It was not crowded. There were two women working. They got everything about our order wrong. Didn’t not ask to clarify and each item was incorrect.
Poor service came here in Wednesday morning at 9:00 tow female was disrespectful and rude
Didn’t catch the guys name but I was literally standing in front waiting for him to take my order for 1O mins. I understand that it gets busy, but at least be polite and say “I’ll be right with you.” After he walked up to the counter he was just staring at me. I walked up to the counter and he didn’t bother to greet me. I had to greet him. Ask him if he’s ready to take my order. I’m not sure if he is being discriminating towards me or if he does this to other people too.P.S. the drink he made me went straight in the trash. I understand sometimes people have a bad day, but dang man. My boy needs to get a new job! that coffee he made me was so watery.
The deli services need better training, they always never have enough fried chicken, There was a line of people waiting for chicken , and this happens every week

My husband and I stopped here while on the road. We waited for someone to take our order, no “we will be right with you†until about 5 min later which was awkward because they were literally right in front of us. The guy behind the counter “Jaguar†is what his tag said, was short with us. We waited about 10-15 min for our coffees because they were OUT OF COFFEE!!!! How does Starbucks run out of coffee?? They were also out of White Chocolate so we settled for something different. Both out drinks were absolutely horrible and were not made even remotely correct. I tried to have them correct both but we finally just left. As we are leaving I see another guy bringing back his Strawberry Açaí Refresher. How hard is that to make. I'm sorry but we are not at AMPM buying a coffee! I'm paying $15 for our order and I feel like it should be right.
