Items on menu aren't always available. I've been to this location two times in one week and both times they were out of the Caramel Ribbon Crunch but they still have it on the menu. At least put a sticky note saying unavailable or something, waited in line for like 20 minutes to find out the one thing I came in for they can't make it.Also look to see if they are training new employees... for eome reason they decided to train on the register at lunch time when it's busy...
I think I just seen a new level to the word SLOW. 25 minutes and still waiting.
Worst Starbucks! No friendly staff, Watery drinks. It took me almost 30 min to get an ice chai latte.

This one is in side of an Albertsons and had two females working it. One had glasses. So I get in line with my family. No other customers. Both ladies were doing little tasks and neither wanted to stop to take our order. They would finish one task and start another. I would understand wanting to finish what they started but they just kept going with it and starting new tasks. One told us they will help us in a moment but that moment didn't come because we'll I decided I wasn't going to wait until they cleaned the entire station before they decided to take our order. Very disappointed. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I would have fired them both for refusing to help customers.

Most unhappy with Starbucks. They have not had the refresher drinks in a long while and now say discontinued. So sad.

Ordered by phone, ready and waiting, just walked in to a friendly greetings,got coffee and left.
