This lady that looked like in her 40-50s was giving a attitude when we asked for trendas and said “anything else” like if she was annoyed we felt rushed and almost made us want to leave and not purchase anything . I’m not sure if her name was liliana or if that was the other younger girls name.
Neither fast nor friendly.With a mobile order, it took 15 minutes to get a mocha on a DEAD weekend early morning. When i finally got a drink, it was the wrong one. Took it anyways bc i do that sometimes but got no reply from the barista when i said thank you. Then i checked my order and realized she actually gave me the wrong one so i went back in to ask for the correct one and got no apologies, just and "okaaaay.". I have seen them get super busy but i didnt see any other customers or cars the whole time i was there. No excuse for slow and unfriendly service.
Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. The service was very sociable and kind. Bring your appetite because portions are large. I can see why they have so many great reviews.

Horrible customer service. Not friendly staff. They are very slow. I will not be coming back. Took me 25 minutes to get a java chip Frappuccino. It had no whip cream. When I asked if I could have whip cream the barista responded with an attitude they had ran out.
Always packed, very slow service. Even for a Starbucks...
Worst Starbucks ever!!...22mins to get an Americano! Really? Its already brewed! So disorganized and dirty. Trash filled to the rim. Employees seemed to be lost.
