They have gotten my order wrong multiple times here which is not the reason I'm upset. I came in today and I had a mobile order to pick up. Upon reaching for my drink, Dom rudely told me "Can you not reach over like that". They also got our order wrong on top of that. I am not upset about them getting my order wrong though. I am most upset about Dom's horrible attitude.
This is the absolute worst starbucks ive been to. I have tried this location multiple times and the same issue. This place takes forever!!!! There could be only 5 cars in line and take nearly 30min to get through. Probably the only reason this location is busy is because of the location. If it waasnt for that then this place would fail. It gives starbucks a bad name.
Service is S-L-O-W! Drive through line was longer than life. Went inside. No one in line. No one! Took them 9 minutes to notice me. I ordered a hot chai latte and got it filled with ice (9 minutes after i ordered it). We had to go (now 20 min late to practice)so couldn’t make them re do it.- thanks a lot!
The service was excellent and it was fast too. And they were really really friendly. I like going through the drive-thru.

Walked to the door at 7:28pm and they were already locked. They’re supposed to close at 7:30pm and I totally understand them wanting to close a few minutes early but the lady locked the door right in my face and didn’t bother to say anything. Very rude girls working at this location.
I’m honestly so extremely upset that I waited so long in a line to get a drink that’s full of ice. I honestly took five sips and that’s it. I should not be paying five dollars for a cup of ice.
Nice loaction staff was great. The walk up service was great. Only negative is this Starbucks is a little difficult to get to do to being on the ramp to the 78 highway.
I walked in once during the autumn of last year and the baristas were nice. I forgot to ask if they had braille menus because I was the who advocated for braille menus almost four y€ars ago!!! The baristas also gave me stevia packets free of charge after I ordered my drinks. I wished that some of the Starbucks around town had some Reserve® and Clover® drinks available. Overall, they are a great service!
Great crew, very clean, tons of open space to social distance. I called in an order for a traveler they had it ready to go in 20 minutes. They also had plenty of pastries to choose from for my pop-up meeting.
