Stopped by for the first time. Wow! I have been waiting for something like this to come to Grand. Locally made artisan food. The beef jerky they make is the best I have ever had. The first thing you taste in the jerky is beef. So good. Unfortunately my son ate the whole beef jerky, fortunately I get to go back and get more!
I have been driving by this place for a couple days now and finally got the chance to stop in tonight. The lady that works there was incredibly polite and helpful! She let me try the salmon jerky and I ended up buying about a half pound of it!I am so extremely excited for the locks and bagel to be offered there in about a week or two I guess! We really need a good place here in Escondido that can craft a legendary lox and bagel. I have high hopes based on the quality of the meats and amazing service that I have seen so far!Welcome to town! :)
Friendly staff and extremely helpful and patient. We, as newbies had little knowledge of the different types of smoked fish. The kind and simpatichnyy young woman behind the counter patiently explained, described and even gave us samples of the fish. Will return for more smoked fish.
The most delicious food ever! I love this store and everything that they offer! Such friendly people work there and the food is soooooo good!!! Definitely recommend to try, believe me you will return to buy more)))
Bought a pound of smoked salmon here, was first time coming in. My mother tried some and said it was the best smoked salmon she has ever had. Will definitely be back for more.
The smoked salmon belly is delicious... They've got so much more to try and it looks like they're adding more stuff every time I go in. Super friendly people too!

Amazing place! They made an amazing tasty gift for my husband! This is a big tasteful and delicious set of smocked delights and beyond! They have also very tasty spread and bread. We couldnt stop eating! 100% recommended place!
