Love the cute place! They have such amazing customer service and by far add the most boba in the drinks! I love it so much!!
Came in with my family after a great lunch with my other family from Victorville. Family wanted Sharetea for dessert and I decided while waiting for our orders that I want to use the bathroom. What do they do? They put a sign up saying "employees only" on the bathroom door. After they noticed I wanted to use their bathroom. Hmm, really?
First time here and my family and I loved it. The drinks were all delicious. My son loved the mini boba.
This place is over priced… but overall really slow service!!! Expect to wait and wait and wait.I’m here now still waiting!On more than one occasion (i only returned because of my kid) I’ve watched people wait up to 30+ mins for drinks!!If you know the weekend nights are busy, staff more people..
Customer service was ok they were nice and all but there really slow I waited about an hour while 3-4 people where working and it’s was nothing to busy usually amount of customers music was trash ngl and they ran out of boba also it’s not even authentic for a share tea go somewhere else don’t waist your time
Not so friendly “leads” or so they said they were the leads… rude and definitely not customer service savvy. Never going back taking business elsewhere for sure

I LOVE IT 10-10 recommendation, The staff are so just so nice, the drinks are just ?. I would recommend the classic coffee if you like strong coffee. If you like sugary things I would recommend the coffee milk tea.
Accessibility: accessible/disabled parking right in front of the store and a ramp to get up to it. The door to enter is a pull door, then inside it is very spacious.Experience: I was a little confused where the ordering counter was when I first walked in, but followed the people in front of me. I ordered a Passion Fruit Green Tea with Lychee Jelly in it and it was pretty good. Not my favorite tea place but it was good.
