My 3 children, youngest of whom is only 6 years old, were refused service when we visited this location for exercising their God given right to breathe and choice not wear a mask when about to sip a smoothie. Absolutely unbelievable. Please see document attached. This latest mask stunt by Gov Newsom is not a mandate at all-it’s simply another power grab and no business is required to enforce it. Shame on you for your “no mask, no service policy.” You are a contributing part of the problem as our freedoms are being infringed upon, and you are on the wrong side of history. Please reconsider your stance.

On 12/20/2021 I went for a juice to your establishment located in Escondido, California and when I was ordering my juice the male employee said that the extractor no working ,haha is it serious ?! Que tortas looks like McDonalds when they say that the ice cream machine is out of service just for not cleaning the extractor and I will not buy with you again in part, your chicken is always raw :(
