Very calm atmosphere during the day, great place to play pool or karaoke! Bartenders are awesome and welcoming!
It is what I expect from a Dive bar; great drinks, chill vibe during the day. Great night with a younger crowd.
I love pounders! I have been going there for 20 years. It has definitely gotten much better over the years. We just got back from Monday Night karaoke. What a great time. Great people there, the atmosphere was incredible, the karaoke MC was super funny and the bartenders were good guys.

1st time coming here and it was perfectly fine, it was a Thursday night. Got there around 9ish and it definitely started picking up after 10ish. The staff was super friendly, the vibe inside was very good. Witnessed a scuffle with someone who was too intoxicated but the security guard handled it very professionally (for a bar). Definitely looking forward in coming back. Met the owner and she seemed super chill
I had fun with the love of my life. Can wait to do it again.

So honestly tonight was the worst service I have ever experienced at pounders. The servers were picking and choosing who they served. Totally chaotic. Please train the staff.Wow you really put me in my place. Take criticism more constructively. Pounders was fine in the past. In the past your bartenders would actually acknowledge people and say I'll be right with you or give me a second. Yesterday we, with many others, got ignored or passed up.

Honestly don’t get all the bad reviews, sound like a bunch of babies whining haha. Went to this bar last weekend on a Friday and it was poppin (mind you it was only 6pm ha!) Staff was friendly, bartender was kind, beer was ice cold, loud as hell but it’s a bar. Overall super chill place.
