This is the Third Time I have come here and ended up leaving after waiting over 20 min for the person to come back and do their job! My wife loves these fries but I can’t even buy them because no one is there and the last 2 times someone was there he moved so slow it took 45 min to get my order!
I went to this Potato Corner today 5/28/22 at around 4ish. Although the sign says will be back soon. I waited for more than 20 mins. Then a lady came told me along with other people in the line that she wont be opening for another 20 to 30 minutes more. I did not hear her reason clearly . So me and the rest of the people left. Then after I left not even 3 mins she took the sign off and start taking people who stayed in the line. I came back in line and waited for my turn. Then start telling her that what she did is messed up. And instead of apologizing she gave a sarcastic answer and start giving an attitude. I asked for the manager and then she told me she is the manager. Can't believe an owner of this small shop will hire a disrespectful non ethical manager. Owner should hire a more professional manager. Not recommending this place. I rather drive up to Sweetwater one than this place. Unprofessional staff. 1 star for the disrespectful no breeding wannabe manager.
The french fries are pretty good but however, their customer service is poor and they take FOREVER to make your fries. If you're not an impatient person, then you will become one once you come here.
This is a Filipino chain franchise and they hired the dumbest people on the planet. There’s 3 employees behind the counter that do not know how to multitask. One girl is chewing gum while making fries (which took 45min), another girl watching her phone, and a guy at the cash register standing there like a robot. The line was backed up and people hovering waiting around for their fries. Does it really take 45min - 1 hour for fries?

I don’t suggest eating here. It’s poorly managed. On my first visit they ran out of seasoning, lost the key to the storage room and 45 minutes later they weren’t empowered to even offer a refund. We paid for food we never got and they couldn’t make it right.
Order super salty and seasoned try to get money back or something different and instead got attitude and saying it was my fault...their awesome customer service sic...not coming back for sure.

If you love potatoes this is the place to go. A little kiosk tucked away in the mall with everything from chicken tenders to baked potatoes, fries, and tots. We opted for the sour cream and chive tater tots which came in a fairly large cardboard bucket for around $5. They were extra crispy and extra tasty (we even got a few bonus fries). They were tasty and well worth the price. Something different than your average burger or burrito. Great snacking!
I’ve been to this location more than a couple of times. I think they have the best chicken strips and BEST French Fries for a franchise. This location has friendly employees. I do not mind waiting for my food as it is cooked, after you order, so it’s ALWAYS hot. This is one reason I like this location in particular.
